OUR STORY

I’ve coached hundreds of women through body transformations across the past decade. In almost all cases my clients were previously following some kind of sweaty fitness app, not set up appropriately for their goal. It’s no wonder they’d been spinning their wheels for so long.

Switching things over to programmes in line with evidence based muscle gain parameters has been the secret to unlocking the transformations seen in my clients.

There’s no set time frame i.e ‘12 week booty builder’ because this is not how programming actually works.

The programme runs in 6-8 week phases, you can join any time.

Our programmes are constantly updated and progressed in real time to cover your training for as long as you stay with us.

03 OUR MEMBER SUPPORT

The Reframe app is as close to having a 1-to-1 coach as possible.

We take into account member feedback when designing new phases.

We always include exercise subs/regression tailored to members.
